Henry joined the firm in 2021 as a Partner in the Commercial, Litigation and Property Department.

Henry is an attorney with the right of appearance in the High Court and admitted as a Conveyancer with more than 24 years of experience. Henry specialises in Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation and Property Law.

Henry has a BA, LLB and Master’s degree from the University of Stellenbosch and also lectured Public Interest Law at the Law Department of the University before he embarked on his career in private practice. He has also obtained an advanced certificate in Business Rescue from UNISA.

He is currently the head of the Dispute Resolution, Conveyancing and Property Department. He also forms part of our newly established Constitutional Law Practice
