Almaz is a Candidate Attorney in the firm’s Employment Practice. She graduated cum laude in April 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Africa, achieving 25 distinctions throughout her academic career. 

As a member of the Black Lawyers Association and the National Association for Democratic Lawyers (Student Chapters), Almaz has demonstrated a strong dedication to both professional excellence and social justice. 

In addition to her academic achievements, Almaz has gained valuable practical experience working as a Receptionist and Legal Assistant. These roles have equipped her with a thorough understanding of the importance of client service.
