Henry joined the firm in 2021 as a Partner in the Commercial, Litigation, and Property Department.

He is an attorney with the right of appearance in the High Court and is admitted as a Conveyancer with more than 24 years of experience. Henry specialises in Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation, and Property Law. 

He holds a BA, LLB, and Master’s degree from the University of Stellenbosch and previously lectured Public Interest Law at the university’s Law Department before embarking on his career in private practice. He has also obtained an advanced certificate in Business Rescue from UNISA. 

Henry currently heads the Dispute Resolution, Conveyancing, and Property Department, and is also part of our newly established Constitutional Law Practice.
