Aiden joined Cowan-Harper-Madikizela Attorneys as a Candidate Legal Practitioner in 2025 and is based in Cape Town.

Aiden holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and has completed his LLM (Labour Law) at Stellenbosch University, where he focused his research on the classification of platform workers from a comparative law and employment rights perspective. His academic journey has equipped him with advanced skills in research, writing, analysis, and problem-solving, which he strives to bring to his professional work.

During his time at Stellenbosch University, he also served as the Dean’s Assistant for the Faculty of Law. Additionally, he participated in youth leadership programs, which strengthened his teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Aiden also tutored Family Law and Constitutional Law.
