Gael is an Executive Consultant in the firm’s Employment Practice. She holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Law from the University of Johannesburg, and a BA and LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand. 

Prior to joining the firm, Gael ran her own legal practice for 18 years, specialising in Employment Law. During this time, she gained extensive experience in employment-related litigation, representing both individual and corporate clients. She has been involved in numerous reported cases. In 2017, Gael served as an Acting Judge in the Labour Court, which enhanced her understanding of the legal process. 

Gael was previously employed by Fasken, formerly known as Bell, Dewar and Hall, for 5 years, where she worked as a Senior Associate in their Employment Law Practice. She is passionate about Employment Law and finding solutions for her clients.
