Lehlogonolo is an Associate in the firm’s employment practice. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria.

He has been exposed to a wide range of employment disputes and has assisted in litigation before South Africa’s major industrial tribunals, including the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court. He has a keen interest in strike law, collective labour law, whistleblowing-related disputes, and workplace investigations.

His recent experience includes acting in complex demarcation disputes for a major recycling company and a logistics company, a mass dismissal dispute arising from an unprotected strike, an automatically unfair dismissal dispute involving a provincial government department, and a workplace investigation for a multinational client in the FMCG sector.
