Lehlogonolo is a Candidate Legal Practitioner in the firm’s employment practice. He has been exposed to several employment disputes and has assisted in litigation in South Africa’s major industrial tribunals, including the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court. He has a keen interest in strike law, collective labour law, whistleblowing-related disputes and workplace investigations.

His recent experience includes complex demarcation disputes for a major recycling company and a logistics company, a mass dismissal dispute arising from an unprotected strike, automatically unfair dismissal dispute for a provincial government department, and a workplace investigation for a multinational client in the FMCG sector.
