Lesedi is an Associate in the firm’s Employment Practice. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 24 April 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from North-West University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Pretoria.

He has gained experience in employment law, corporate and commercial litigation, the drafting and review of contracts, debt recovery, and regulatory compliance. His work includes advising on employment disputes, contractual obligations and workplace-related matters.

Lesedi has spent time on secondment at a large gold mine. In this role, he worked closely with operational teams providing employee relations support and received practical exposure to the mining sector within a complex, safety-critical operational setting. This has also strengthened his understanding of employee relations, safety, and mining operations.

With a strong interest in workplace dynamics, corporate governance, and the intersection between legal compliance and business operations, Lesedi values the role of law in promoting fair, sustainable, and effective employment practices.
