Sinazo joined the firm in January 2026. She is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Public Risk and Compliance Practice, and has over six years’ post-admission experience.

She specialises in public law, particularly administrative law and public procurement, and advises organs of state and public entities on statutory compliance, risk mitigation and lawful decision-making. Sinazo regularly advises on and manages administrative review matters arising from alleged irregularities in tender processes, including defending procurement-related reviews, drafting legal opinions, and conducting investigations within public institutions. She also initiates and manages consequence management processes arising from procurement irregularities, including drafting disciplinary charges and representing employers in related proceedings.

In addition, Sinazo has experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, employment-related advisory work within the public sector, regulatory advisory services relating to the mandates and functions of public entities.
