Tarryn is a Candidate Legal Practitioner in the firm’s employment practice and is based in Cape Town. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of the Western Cape.

Tarryn has been exposed to a range of employment and general litigation matters and has assisted in dispute resolution proceedings across various forums, including the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), the Labour Court, and the High Court.

Her experience includes assisting with demarcation disputes, drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and formal correspondence, as well as contributing to the development of company policies, disciplinary codes, and grievance procedures. She has also been involved in supporting workplace investigations and broader dispute management processes.

Her academic and professional experience has equipped her with strong research, analytical, and drafting skills, which she applies in delivering practical and effective legal support.
